The Schedule section offers users a comprehensive overview of all SXSW London sessions. With an easy-to-use interface for adding, viewing, and adjusting sessions, users can customize their own schedule, ensuring they make the most of their SXSW London experience.
Locating Schedule Section
There are two ways to access the Schedule section from the Home Page.
Scroll down and tap on "Explore Schedule" section.
Tap on "Schedule" from the bottom bar.
The Schedule page is divided into two sections as follows:
Event Schedule
The Event Schedule provides users with a comprehensive, real-time overview of all sessions, and activities happening at SXSW London Event.
In the top right corner there are 3 icons as follows:
Search Icon: To search for specific sessions.
Filter Icon: Includes very specific filters to help you reach the best search results.
Notification Bell Icon: To quickly view your notifications.
The next section shows the dates of the sessions, users can filter by specific day to see the list of sessions on this day.
Two tabs, "Event Schedule" and "My Schedule".
Event Schedule Tab in Details
List of sessions that will be available based on the filtered day, with the following details on each event:
Time of the session (24 hrs format)
Session image
Session Name
Session Address
Calendar icon on the right side of the session to quickly add it to your schedule.
Important Note
Click on the name of the session to be redirected to the session details page.
My Schedule
My Schedule allows users to customize and organize their personal event itinerary at SXSW London Event.
My Schedule Tab in Details
Shows the dates of the sessions, users can filter by specific day to see the list of sessions on this day that were added to "My Schedule".

Time of the session (24 hrs format)
Session image
Session Name
Session Address
Tick Box: Users can quickly remove sessions from My Schedule by unchecking this box.
Filter
The Filter feature in the schedule allows users to refine their experience by selecting specific times, venues, session statuses, tracks, types, and more. This powerful tool ensures that users can quickly find the sessions that align with their preferences and availability.
Filter Feature in Details
Time: Filter sessions by a specific time range.
Venues: Filter sessions based on their locations, or search for the venue names from the Search Bar.
Tick the box on the left side of each venue or location to choose manually.
Click on "Select All " button to choose all the venues and locations.
Click on "Apply" button once done to apply the filters.
Rooms & Stages: Filter sessions based on specific room or stage, or search for its name from the Search Bar.
Tick the box on the left side of each room or stage to choose manually.
Click on "Select All " button to choose all the rooms and stages.
Click on "Apply" button once done to apply the filters.
Accessibility: Filter sessions based on the accessibility features inside the venues, or search for its name from the Search Bar.
Tick the box on the left side of each feature to choose manually.
Click on "Select All " button to choose all features.
Click on "Apply" button once done to apply the filters.
Status: Filter sessions by their current status:
Upcoming: Sessions that are scheduled but not yet started.
Live: Sessions happening in real-time.
Passed: Sessions that have already occurred.
Canceled: Sessions that were canceled.
Pillar: Categories that group sessions based on their type:
Conference: Sessions related to conferences.
Music: Music-related sessions.
Screen: Screen-focused sessions, like film or media.
Expo: Expos and exhibitions.
Experiences: Interactive or experience-based sessions.
Partnerships: Sessions related to partnerships or collaborations.
Visual Arts: Sessions focused on visual arts.
Conference Track: A filter for sorting sessions based on their specific conference track or theme.
Conference Format Type: Allows filtering by the format of the conference (e.g., panel discussions, workshops).
Music Genre: Allows filtering by the music genre.
Screen Festival Strand: Allows filtering by specific categories regarding the screen festivals.
Screen Festival: Allows filtering screen with subcategories for the shows displayed.
Partnerships Type: Allows filtering with different partnerships types.
Industries: Allows filtering with different partnerships types.
Experience Format Type: Filters sessions based on the format of the experience. (Example: Arts, parties, education, walking tours...etc.)
Experience Type: Filters sessions based on specific roles within the event.
Access: Filters sessions based on specific credentials.
Primary Access: Filters sessions by categories of the primary passes
Secondary Access: Filters sessions by categories of the secondary passes
After selecting your filters, click "Show All" in the bottom right corner to view your results, or click "Clear All" in the bottom left corner to reset all filters.
Deep Search
The Deep Search feature allows users to conduct highly refined searches by filtering results across multiple categories and is filtered by default on sessions. Other filters include the following:
Top
Venues
Conference
Music
Screen
Expo
Experiences
Other
Important Notes
Click on Show All on the right side of any group of results to get redirected to the full list related to this group.
You can quickly add any event or session to your schedule from the results available by clicking on the calendar icon on the right corner of each event name.
This advanced search functionality ensures users can find exactly what they're looking for with ease, saving time and enhancing their overall experience.
