Overview
The Statistics tab in Blink gives administrators a clear, data-driven view of every aspect of their event. From attendee activity and staff distribution to badge performance and sales results, it centralizes all insights in one place.
You can find it in the main sidebar under Statistics, which includes four key areas:
Analytics: visual reports for event performance
Attendees Reports: detailed attendee data
Store Metrics: sales performance by badge and country
Order Metrics: total revenue and order analysis
Each section helps you measure operational efficiency and overall event impact.
1. Analytics
The Analytics section is the command center for all event insights.
Admins can switch between multiple analytic views using the top navigation tabs:
a. Event Metrics
This view gives an overview of your event’s core numbers:
Total Attendees with Badges – total number of participants who received badges.
Total Event Staff Count – number of staff members assigned to the event.
System Update Status Overview – shows communication statuses (Draft, Scheduled, Sent).
Attendee Flagging Overview – monitors warnings or suspensions.
Staff Role Distribution – breakdown of staff by role type (Supervisor, Volunteer, etc.).
Incident Report Summary – open vs. resolved incidents.
Average Incident Resolution Time – how long incidents take to close on average.
You can also apply a time filter (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, or All Time) to narrow down your report period.
b. Printing Metrics
The Printing Metrics dashboard focuses on badge production and printing performance:
Badge Distribution Summary – shows total Printed vs. Unprinted badges.
Badge Print Rate – ratio of printed badges to total assigned badges.
Badge Type Collection Breakdown – distribution of printed badges by badge type (e.g., Platinum Pass, Screen Pass, Conference Pass).
Assigned Badges Breakdown – total count per badge type and category.
Badge Printing by Hour – a timeline showing hourly printing activity.
These metrics help admins monitor printing progress during on-site operations or badge production phases.
c. Sessions Metrics
This report highlights engagement and attendance during event sessions:
Total Sessions Overview – shows how many sessions are open or ticketed.
Session Attendance Per Attendee – average number of sessions attended per person.
Attendee Check-in and Check-out Overview – displays total check-ins and check-outs.
Total Assigned Tickets – total number of tickets distributed.
Ticket Utilization Rate – ratio of assigned tickets to total available tickets.
Ticketed Session Attendance Rate – measures how many assigned tickets were actually used.
Added to Calendar Conversion – compares total check-ins to session interest.
Average Session Attendance Analysis – capacity view showing sessions that are Empty, Filling Up, Almost Full, or Full.
Average Demand Index – overall demand per session categorized as Normal, High, or Extreme.
Session Attendance Ranking – top sessions ranked by number of check-ins.
Highest-Scanning Venue – identifies venues with the most activity.
Venue Hosting Summary – Total number of distinct venues that hosted sessions
This section gives a real-time understanding of audience behavior, helping organizers assess which sessions or topics drew the most engagement.
d. Order Metrics
This final analytics view captures all order-related activity and financial performance:
Total Revenue – total value of completed transactions.
Total Number of Orders – number of purchases made during the event.
Average Order Value – average revenue per transaction.
Abandoned Cart Value – estimated value of incomplete purchases.
Sales per Badge Type – total revenue by badge category.
Sales per Day vs. Total – sales trends over specific days or event periods.
Orders (Completed vs. Abandoned) – visual comparison of completed orders against abandoned ones.
Together, these metrics give a financial snapshot of event performance and sales efficiency.
e. Badge Metrics
The Badge Metrics section summarizes sales and distribution for all event badges:
Total Registered Users – total participants registered on the system.
Purchased vs. Total Badges – total sold badges out of available inventory.
Assigned vs. Purchased Badges – shows how many purchased badges have been assigned.
Transferred Badges – count of reassigned or exchanged badges.
Sales per Country vs. Count – breakdown of badge sales across countries.
Sales per Badge Type – badge sales distribution by type or category.
Target Badge Sold – progress indicator comparing total sold badges to the sales target.
Assigned Badges per Country / Industry – visual representation of where badges were distributed geographically or by business sector.
This report helps identify where ticket sales are performing best and how distribution aligns with audience demographics.
2. Attendees Reports
The Attendees Reports section provides full visibility into participant data.
Each row represents one attendee and displays:
Group, Invitation RSVP, Companions, Trip Status, and Packages
Sessions (Brief) – sessions each attendee is registered for or has joined
Admins can customize which columns are visible using the Data panel on the right.
Options include Attendee Details, Companions, Group, Itinerary, Invitation RSVP, and Trips.
At the top right, you can use Filter to refine your view or Export to download the report.
3. Store Metrics
The Store Metrics dashboard presents a high-level overview of badge sales activity:
Total Registered Users – number of users in the system.
Purchased vs. Total Badges – how many badges were sold out of total capacity.
Total Assigned vs. Purchased Badges – how many sold badges have been allocated.
Transferred Badges – total number of badges moved between users.
Sales per Country vs. Count – shows where badges were purchased.
Sales per Badge Type – breakdown by badge category.
Target Badge Sold – progress indicator against the badge sales goal.
Assigned Badges per Country / Industry – indicates audience demographics and market distribution.
4. Order Metrics
The Order Metrics tab focuses on transactional insights, combining financial and behavioral data:
Total Revenue, Total Number of Orders, and Average Order Value summarize the event’s income.
Abandoned Cart Value – highlights lost potential revenue from incomplete purchases.
Sales per Badge Type – shows how each badge contributes to overall revenue.
Sales per Day vs. Total – visual graph of purchase trends over time.
Orders Comparison – displays the balance between completed and abandoned orders.
The Statistics tab gives event administrators a complete picture from attendee engagement to sales outcomes all within one intuitive interface.
Each section builds on the last, allowing you to move seamlessly from operational insights to financial results, and ultimately make data-backed decisions for future events.
