Filling out travel information manually can be time-consuming and prone to error. The AI Flight Assistant on Blink ExperienceOS simplifies this process by allowing you to simply share your flight ticket with a dedicated chatbot. The AI automatically identifies and populates key details, such as flight numbers, departure times, and destinations, directly into your reservation records.
Accessing the AI Flight Assistant
Log in to your Blink ExperienceOS dashboard.
Navigate to the Accommodation tab on the left sidebar.
Select Reservation from the menu.
4. Click on the Help Icon " ? " located in the upper action bar.
5. Select AI Flight Assistant from the dropdown menu.
Getting Started with the Assistant
Once the assistant is open, you can use the available options to manage flight records.
You can:
Click Add Flight to start adding flight details
Click Delete Flight to remove an existing flight record
Type your request directly in the message field
Upload a document through the chat when needed
This allows you to manage flight-related actions directly from the Reservation page.
Adding Flights
Upload a Flight Document
1. Upload the flight document through the chat panel.
2. The assistant reads the file and extracts the required flight details automatically.
3. Add optional information such as Attendee Remarks or Admin Notes, or click Skip.
4. Once complete, the assistant confirms that the flight has been added and provides a direct link to the created flight record.
Add Flight Details Through the Chat
1. Type the flight request directly into the AI Flight Assistant chat.
2. The assistant reviews the submitted details and processes the flight information.
3. If additional clarification is needed, the assistant prompts you to confirm the correct details, such as the departure airport.
4. Once confirmed, the flight information is ready to be added to the reservation record.
Deleting Flights
1. Type a request to delete a flight in the AI Flight Assistant chat.
2. The assistant reviews the passenger record and displays the available flights.
3. Select the flight you want to delete from the listed options.
4. Once selected, the assistant proceeds with deleting the chosen flight record.
With the AI Flight Assistant, managing flight information becomes faster, more accurate, and easier to handle from one place. Whether through chat or document upload, users can complete flight-related actions directly within the Reservation page.
