Explore our Pass Listings

Easily navigate the pass listings to find the perfect options for your needs. Browse through various pass types, compare their features, and select the one that best suits your preferences.

  • Navigate to Pass Listings: After logging in, you will be directed to the pass listings page. Here, you can explore all available options.

  • Explore Your Choices: Browse through the wide range of passes displayed. Each pass includes key details such as title, price, and availability status (e.g., available, sold out, coming soon, inactive).

  • Add to Cart Icon: By default, clicking the cart icon will add one pass to your cart.

  • Quantity Adjustment: Use the +/- icons to adjust the quantity of pass you wish to add to your cart.

Pass Details Page

  • Pass Details & Pricing

    • Users can view detailed information about a selected pass, including:

      • Pass type and description

      • Price (with discounts applied)

      • Access levels to different event areas (e.g., Primary or Secondary Access)

      • Included benefits such as networking sessions, festival entry, and industry panels

    Adjusting Purchase Quantity & Buying a Pass

    • Users can select the quantity of the pass they wish to purchase.

    • Clicking the "Buy Now" button immediately initiates the purchase process.

    Related Passes & Comparisons

    • The page displays other related event passes (e.g., Platinum Pass, Conference Pass, Screen Pass) to help users compare different options.

    • Each pass shows pricing, benefits, and an "Add to Cart" button for easy selection.

    Group Booking Option

    • A dedicated section for group bookings allows users to submit requests for team packages, offering savings for large purchases.

    Cart Management & Checkout

    • At the bottom of the page, users can view the total price of selected passes.

    • Options available:

      • Review items in the cart by clicking “Review Cart”

      • Check VAT inclusion details

✍🏻Important Note:

  • The footer contains suggestions for related pass and exciting sessions you might want to explore.

  • Breadcrumbs are displayed in the top left corner, allowing you to navigate back to previously viewed pages or make adjustments to your selections.

  • You can quickly access your cart from the top right corner of the page.

Managing Your Cart

Main Cart View

  • Selected Passes appear under "Review Cart" with:

    • Name of the pass (e.g., Platinum Pass)

    • Price per unit

    • Quantity controls to adjust how many passes you want

    • Option to empty the cart entirely if needed

Recommended Passes:

  • Below your cart, you’ll see curated suggestions for other ticket types (e.g., 3-Day Festival Pass, Conference Pass)

  • Each suggested pass includes a price and a cart icon to quickly add it

Order Summary:

  • Appears on the right-hand side

    • Includes line-by-line breakdown: subtotal, VAT, and total

    • Coupon Code field with an “Apply” button

    • Prompt to log in before applying a discount code

Bottom Action Bar:

  • The final step is the “Checkout” button at the bottom right

    • The total price is reiterated clearly

    • VAT status is noted ("included in price")

Logging In

  1. Open the Blink Shop from your web browser.

  2. One-Step Login: Select the sign-up option and enter your preferred email address. If you are a returning attendee, choose login and use the email address you previously registered with.

  3. Retrieve the OTP from your email, and you are all set.

✍🏻Important Note:

  • You will be directed to the login page as a mandatory step to complete your order if you haven’t logged in already.

Pay By Credit Card

Once you click on the cart icon on the top right of the page, you will be taken to your cart, where you can take multiple action icons

  • Edit Cart Items: Adjust the quantity of items or remove them as needed.

  • View Cart: Access your cart from the pass list or the checkout page.

  • Complete Checkout: Proceed to payment and finalize your purchase.

✍🏻Important Note:

  • During the checkout process, you can find a timer on the top right of the page, "10 mins" countdown. If 10 minutes have passed since you successfully placed your order, you will be redirected to the review cart page.

  • in this case, we can't guarantee the availability of the selected pass after this grace period "10 mins."

  • Proceed to Checkout: Review your items using the easy one-page checkout process.

  • Enter Billing Information: Fill out the required billing information.

  • Receive Confirmation: After completing the purchase, check your email for order confirmation and an invoice.

Managing Your Pass

We have designed our pass management feature to be flexible and convenient. You can easily manage your pass, including reviewing your pages, assigning pass, or even transferring them to someone else’s account.

Next Step: Assign or Transfer Pass

After reviewing your order, the next step is to manage your passes, whether you are assigning them to yourself or to another attendee.

Step-by-Step: Navigate to "My Passes"

  1. Open the User Menu
    Click on your profile icon at the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Select "My Passes"
    From the dropdown menu, choose My Passes. This will take you to a dedicated section listing all purchased passes tied to your account.

Assign Pass

Once you locate your passes, you can click on Assign to be directed to the Assign Pass detailed form.

  • Photo (Required): Upload a profile picture of the attendee.

  • First Name (Required): Enter the attendee’s first name.

  • Last Name (Required): Enter the attendee’s last name.

  • Email Address (Required): Add the attendee’s email.

  • Confirm Email (Required): Re-enter the same email to confirm.

  • Phone Number (Required): Input a valid contact number.

  • Age Group (Required): Select from the dropdown.

  • Company Name (Required): Enter the attendee’s organization.

  • Job Title (Required): Add the attendee’s job title.

  • Industry (Required): Select the relevant industry.

  • Address (Optional): Add a street name if needed.

  • Country (Required): Select the attendee’s country.

  • County (Optional): Add a county if applicable.

  • City (Required): Enter the attendee’s city.

  • Postal Code (Optional): Add postal code if available.

  • Bio (Optional): Type a short biography.

  • Gender (dropdown - required)

  • If you have budget responsibility, what is the approximate size (dropdown - nOptional).

  • What is the size of your company based on the number of employees? (dropdown - Optional).

  • How did you hear about us? (dropdown - not req).

  • LinkedIn (text field - Optional).

Action Buttons:

  • Click Assign to assign the pass to the new attendee.

  • Click Cancel to exit the form without making changes.

Important Note⚠️

  • When assigning a pass to another attendee, the ownership of the pass still belongs to the attendee who purchased the pass in the first place, triggered by this user account information.

  • If the assigned attendee encounters any issues with the pass, the pass owner's information might be required.

  • The assigned person will receive an email with all the pass information.

  • To proceed to the next step, ensure you mark the terms and conditions checkbox.

Pass Transfer Form

  • First Name (Required): Enter the recipient’s first name.

  • Last Name (Required): Enter the recipient’s last name.

  • Email Address (Required): Add the recipient’s email.

  • Confirm Email (Required): Re-enter the email to confirm.

Action Buttons:

  • Click Transfer to send the pass to the new owner.

  • Click Cancel to exit the form without making changes.

Once assigned, the pass ownership shifts to the recipient, they’ll receive an email to claim the transferred pass.

Important Note⚠️

  • The email address of the attendee who will get the new pass ownership must be different from the initial email address of the attendee who originally purchased the pass to avoid error messages and successfully proceed with the transfer

Transferred Passes – Overview & Actions

The Transferred Passes page provides a clear summary of passes that have been transferred to other individuals. This page allows you to monitor transfer status and cancel transfers if needed.

Page Elements Explained

1. Pass Preview Panel (Left Side)

  • Shows the visual pass preview, including:

    • Event Name

    • Recipient's Name

    • Location info

    • Pass Image and type

2. Transfer Details Panel (Right Side)
Displays the essential details related to the pass and its transfer:

  • Event Name & Type (e.g., Tech Festivals – Technology Festivals)

  • Order ID: Linked to your original purchase

  • Pass ID: A unique identifier for the specific pass

  • Transfer To: The name of the recipient

  • Recipient Email: The email address the pass is being transferred to

  • Transfer Notice: States that ownership of the pass will move to the recipient.

Action Available

Cancel Transfer

  • Click the Cancel Transfer button if you'd like to revoke the transfer before it is accepted or claimed by the recipient.

  • Once canceled, the pass returns to your account for reassignment.

Important Note⚠️

  • Once the pass is transferred successfully it will disappear from the initial pass owner passes page

  • You can have the option to cancel the transfer as long as the other attendee hasn't claimed the transferred pass yet.

Successful Transfer

  1. "Transferred Passes" View Active

    • Located in the top right dropdown menu in transferred pass.

  2. Status pass: “Transferred”

    • A green checkmark icon and "Transferred" label confirm ownership has moved to the recipient

  3. Recipient Info Displayed

    • Shows:

      • Transfer To: Full name of the recipient.

      • Recipient Email: The email address that now holds the pass.

  4. Ownership Finalization Message

    • Message at the bottom states:
      “You can no longer perform any action on this Pass.”

    • Indicates the sender can no longer edit, reassign, or cancel the pass.

After Pass Transfer Confirmation Mail

Once a pass is successfully transferred, you’ll receive an email confirming the transfer. This email will include:

  • Your pass type and event name

  • Confirmation that the ownership has been transferred to you

  • A direct link to access your pass in the "My Passes" section

Make sure to check your inbox and confirm your email if prompted.
If you don't see the email, check your spam or promotions folder.

"You’ve Been Assigned a pass" Confirmation Mail

You’ll receive an email confirming that your (Event Name) pass has been successfully assigned to you. This email includes:

  • The sender’s name (who assigned the pass to you).a

  • Event highlights and what to expect.
