In this step-by-step tutorial, you will learn how to leverage our Blink shop, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Whether you are a first-time visitor or a seasoned attendee, our guide will give you all the information you need to secure your spot effortlessly. Let's dive in and explore how to make the most of our online store!

Signing Up and Logging In

  1. Open the Blink Shop from your web browser.

  2. One-Step Login: Select the sign-up option and enter your preferred email address. If you are a returning attendee, choose login and use the email address you previously registered with. Retrieve the OTP from your email, and you are all set.

Explore our Badge Listings

Easily navigate the badge listings to find the perfect options for your needs. Browse through various badge types, compare their features, and select the one that best suits your preferences.

  • Navigate to Badge Listings: After logging in, you will be directed to the badge listings page. Here, you can explore all available options.

  • Explore Your Choices: Browse through the wide range of badges displayed. Each badge includes key details such as title, price, and availability status (e.g., available, sold out, coming soon, inactive).

  • Add to Cart Icon: By default, clicking the cart icon will add one badge to your cart.

  • Quantity Adjustment: Use the +/- icons to adjust the quantity of badges you wish to add to your cart.

Badge Details Page

Upon clicking the 'See More' icon, you will be taken to the Badge Details page, where you can explore in-depth information about the badge. Here, you will find detailed descriptions of the badge’s features, benefits, and privileges, helping you make an informed decision before purchasing.

  • See More Icon: Clicking on the 'See More' icon will take you to the Badge Details page, where you can view detailed information such as the badge type, price, and badge details.

  • Buy Now Icon: Clicking the 'Buy Now' button will direct you to the cart page, where you can finalize your purchase.

  • Add to cart: Clicking on add to cart button, will add the product to your cart while you contibnue to browise the shop normally util you decide to finalize your order then you can click on “Cart Icon” to proceed with check out.

  • Checkboxes: At the bottom of the page, you will find checkboxes that indicate which badge privileges and access levels will be granted to you during the event.

✍🏻Important Note:

  • The footer contains suggestions for related badges and exciting sessions you might want to explore.

  • Breadcrumbs are displayed in the top left corner, allowing you to navigate back to previously viewed pages or make adjustments to your selections.

  • You can quickly access your cart from the top right corner of the page.

Managing Your Cart

Once you click on the cart icon on the top right of the page, you will be taken to your cart, where you can take multiple action icons

  • Edit Cart Items: Adjust the quantity of items or remove them as needed.

  • View Cart: Access your cart from the badge list or the checkout page.

  • Complete Checkout: Proceed to payment and finalize your purchase.

Completing the Checkout Process

You will complete and confirm your order in 3 simple steps with secure payment and hassle-free checkout.

  • Proceed to Checkout: Review your items using the easy one-page checkout process.

  • Enter Billing Information: Fill out the required billing information.

  • Receive Confirmation: After completing the purchase, check your email for order confirmation and an invoice.

Managing Your Badges

We have designed our badge management feature to be flexible and convenient. You can easily manage your badges, including reviewing your pages, assigning badges, or even transferring them to someone else’s account.

My Badge Listing:

  • Access My Badges: In your account section, navigate to ‘My Badges’ to view all purchased badges.

  • Badge Details: Here, you will see all relevant information about each purchased badge.

  • Support: A section will display the support email for any order-related inquiries.

Assign Badge:

  • Click Assign: Use the assignment feature to allocate badges to other attendees by entering their information.

  • Notify Recipients: Once assigned, attendees will automatically receive an email notification about their badge.

Transfer Badge:

  • Transfer Badges: Enter the recipient’s details and confirm the transfer to transfer a badge.

  • Manage Transfers: Recipients will receive an email to claim or reject the badge transfer, while senders can cancel if it has not been claimed yet.
