For your first time logging into the Blink Management Dashboard, follow these steps to sign in:
Open the Login Page:
Go to the URL provided by your organization to access Blink Management Dashboard.
Enter Username:
In the Username field, enter your assigned username.
Enter Password:
In the Password field, input your secure password.
For security reasons, ensure your password, including any special characters, is entered correctly.
Submit Login:
Click on the Login button to attempt logging in.
First Time Login
Create New Password
To secure your account, follow these steps to create a strong password:
Enter New Password:
In the New Password field, type a password that meets the following criteria:
At least 12 characters in length.
Contains one uppercase letter (A).
Contains one lowercase letter (a-z).
Contains one number (0-9).
Contains one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $, %).
Repeat Password:
In the Repeat Password field, re-enter your new password exactly as you typed it above to confirm.
Set New Password
Once both fields are filled in and meet the requirements, click Set New Password to finalize the change.
2FA Setup App
To enhance your account security, follow these steps to enable 2FA:
Open Your 2FA App:
Use a two-factor authentication (2FA) app on your mobile device, such as Google Authenticator or Authy.
Scan the QR Code:
In your 2FA app, select Add Account or Scan QR Code.
Use your device’s camera to scan the QR code displayed on the screen.
Enter the Secret Key (Alternative Method):
If you cannot scan the QR code, manually enter the Secret Key shown below the QR code into your 2FA app.
The key (e.g., xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) will link your account to the 2FA app.
Click Next:
Once you’ve scanned the code or entered the secret key, click Next to proceed.
Verify the Code:
Your 2FA app will generate a unique code. Enter this code in the next step to complete the setup.
After logging in for the first time, you can regularly log in using your username and password.
The next step is to open your authentication app and copy the code to verify your login credentials. You can now normally access Blink Management Home Page.
Handling Login Errors:
If you see the message "Invalid login information, please check and try again," double-check your username and password for accuracy.
Make sure Caps Lock is not on, as passwords are case-sensitive.
Forgot Password:
If you cannot remember your password, click on "Forgot Your Password?" below the login button.
Follow the instructions to reset your password, which may involve receiving a password reset link via email.
