Sign-in with Credentials
On the Organizer App's login screen, users can manually enter their login credentials, username and password to access their staff accounts. This method is ideal for those who prefer a traditional sign-in experience using the credentials shared via the staff invitation email from the bl:nk™ Management Dashboard.
Credential Sign-in Process:
Username & Password: Credentials are emailed upon being added as a staff member to an event.
Input Fields: Users type their username and password into the corresponding fields.
Forgot Password: A “Forgot Password?” option is available below the password field for resetting login credentials if needed.
Sign-in: Tapping the "Sign In" button will verify the credentials and log the user into the app.
Secure Access: This method ensures that only authorized users with valid credentials can enter the system.
Upon successful sign-in, the user is directed to the Home Page where event controls and tools are readily accessible.
Sign-in with QR
As an alternative method, users can sign-in by scanning a QR code from their invitation email offering a faster and more modern way to sign in without typing credentials.
QR Code Sign-in Process:
Quick Access: Users tap on the “Scan QR Code” option on the Sign-in page.
Email QR Code: The QR code is provided in the staff invitation email and is unique to each member.
Scan Prompt: The camera activates, allowing users to scan the code directly from another device or printed copy.
Instant Authentication: Once scanned, users are automatically logged into their account without entering a username or password.
Ideal for Onboarding: This method is highly effective during busy check-in times or for temporary staff setup.
Once authenticated, the user is seamlessly directed to the Organizer App's Home Page.
Home Page Overview
On the Home Page of the Organizer App, event organizers can quickly access vital information and manage various aspects of their event.
The "Happening Now" section allows them to monitor ongoing sessions and activities, while the guest list provides an overview of crucial attendees, such as speakers and VIPs. Organizers can also explore detailed statistics across different categories, including sessions, attendees, venues, and staff, helping them stay on top of event logistics. With quick access to these critical insights and the ability to manage tasks, updates, and more, the home page is a central hub for efficient event oversight.
Happening Now
Overview: The "Happening Now" section is at the top of the screen. This area displays current or upcoming events or sessions.
Session Information:
Event Name: The name of the session or event currently taking place is prominently displayed.
Participants: The number of participants is shown, and participant images are previewed.
Time: The scheduled time for the session is also listed.
Related Events: On the right side, you'll see icons that may represent related events sessions.
See All: Tap "See All" to view a complete list of ongoing sessions or activities.
Attendees
Overview: Below the "Happening Now" section, the "Guests" section highlights key attendees, such as speakers or VIPs.
Attendee Details:
Name: The name of the guest or attendee.
Organization: The organization or company they are affiliated with.
Role: Their role within the event (e.g., Guest, Speaker).
All Guests: Tap "All Guests" to view the entire list of attendees.
Categories
Overview: This section allows you to access various categories related to the event quickly. A tile with an icon, title, and numeric indicator represents each category.
Categories Available:
Sessions & Activities: Displays the total number of sessions and activities available at the event.
Management
Attendees: Shows the total number of attendees participating in the event.
Venues: Lists the venues being used for the event.
Updates: Access any updates related to the event.
Flights: Lists flight details related to the event attendees.
Stays: Shows accommodation details for event attendees.
Rides: If applicable, this section would list transportation options, though currently showing zero.
Explore Each Category: Tap on any of these tiles to delve deeper into that category. For example, tapping "Attendees" will take you to a detailed list of all the attendees.
Overall Navigation and User Experience
This page provides a snapshot overview of all essential event details, enabling users to quickly access the most relevant information and navigate to more detailed pages as needed.
The design is intuitive. Essential sections like "Happening Now" and "Guests" are immediately visible, followed by easily accessible categories for further exploration.
