The Venue Module allows organizers to view detailed information about each venue used across an event. It includes specifications such as capacity, room setup, facilities, restrictions, and availability. Access is controlled through role permissions in the Management Dashboard.

Organizers can view detailed information about the venue, including its layout, capacity, available resources, seating arrangements, and any specific restrictions or setup requirements for events.

View the Venue List

  • Each venue card includes:

    • Name of the venue

    • Number of sessions hosted

    • Capacity information

    • Status indicators (e.g., in use, under maintenance)

Tap to View Venue Details

  • Select a venue to view:

    • Location and description

    • Assigned sessions

    • Seating and stage arrangement

    • Technical equipment or amenities

    • Any specific restrictions, safety notes, or venue requirements
