Whether you're coordinating session attendance, or tracking engagement, this module offers a complete view of every guest’s journey. With powerful features like attendee profiles, interaction footprints, and flagging options, organizers can ensure seamless experiences while staying informed at every touchpoint.
Locating Attendees Page
From the Home Page:
Scroll down on the home screen until you reach the “Attendees” section.
Tap on “Show all” next to the Attendees title.
This will take you to the full Attendees List, where you can search, filter, and view attendee profiles.

The Attendees Page in the Organizer App provides a centralized view of everyone participating in the event including speakers, general attendees, and moderators.
Key Sections:
Header Summary: Displays the total number of attendees at the top, broken down by:
Speakers
Attendees
Moderators
Attendee List: scrollable list showing each individual with:
Name and organization
Assigned role indicator (e.g., G for Guest, VIP, M for Moderator)
Bookmark icon to flag or save a profile for follow-up
Filter Tabs: Quickly filter
Search Bar: Use the search bar to find specific attendees by name.
Attendees Profile
View Attendee Profiles
Tap on any attendee’s name to open their Attendee Profile.
The profile includes:
Personal information (photo, name, company, email)
Badge status and role
Assigned sessions
Interaction history (check-ins, updates received, messages)
Explore the Attendee Itinerary & Footprint
The attendee list provides a detailed profile for each attendee, including personal information, session history, and a unique footprint that tracks interactions like attended sessions and check-in status, giving organizers a full view of attendee activity.

Session Filters: Use the filters at the top (All, Live, Upcoming, Finished) to sort sessions based on their status.
Session Cards: Each card shows:
Session type (e.g., General, Conference)
Session title
Time and duration
Capacity status (e.g., “Almost Full”, “Still Room”)
Live Tag, if the session is currently active
Explore the Attendee Footprint
Within the profile, tap “View Footprint” to see activity logs.
The Footprint includes:
Real-time session check-in and check-out history
Log of received session updates and alerts
Session participation timestamps
