The Analytics Module provides a comprehensive overview of all event performance metrics, covering pre-event, live-event, and post-event phases. It enables organizers to monitor key indicators, spot trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Key Features

  1. Event Summary Metrics

    • Total attendees, sessions, ticket types, check-ins, and engagement stats.

    • Visual indicators (charts, dials, and color coding) for fast interpretation.

  2. Revenue & Badge Insights

    • Ticket sales breakdown by category (e.g., Platinum, Music).

    • Badge printing and verification logs.

  3. Live Attendance & Check-in Flow

    • Real-time session attendance across venues and time blocks.

    • Heatmaps and progress rings to assess session popularity.

  4. Engagement Trends

    • Notification open rates, app actions, and QR scan activity.

    • Helps optimize in-event communication and alert timing.
