The In-App Lead Retrieval feature simplifies the process of identifying and managing high-value connections, allowing company representatives to effectively engage with potential leads. This tool ensures that networking efforts are more targeted, increasing the chances of meaningful business opportunities.
Important Note
The In-App Lead Retrieval feature is available exclusively to attendees who have been assigned passes as Company Representatives. Lead-enabled passes will be shared to enable access to this functionality.
How to Identify Lead Capture Enabled Passes
Click on your profile dropdown in the top right corner and select “My Passes” from the menu.
On the pass details screen, look for the QR icon and the label “Lead Capture Enabled Pass.”
These indicate that the pass includes lead scanning capabilities.
Assign this pass to the representative responsible for collecting leads.
This helps ensure the right team members can access lead capture features.
Adding Leads
Company Representatives have multiple options for sending lead invitations to other attendees, as outlined below:
Scanning QR Code
Adding attendees as leads by scanning their QR code is the easiest and fastest way to capture leads. The steps for doing this are as follows:
Click on the QR Code icon at the top corner of the Home Page.
This will display the camera with a white square to locate the QR code of the person you want to add as a lead.
Once the QR code is scanned you will see two options:
Send Personal Connection request.
Adding the attendee as a Lead.
After clicking on "Lead," you will be redirected to the attendee's profile, which displays:
Their profile picture
Name
Company
Country / City
"Add As Lead" button.
Click the "Add As Lead" to be redirected to a form where you can fill in additional information if required, such as
Email
Relevant notes.
Lead Temperature: Help in tracking how engaged or interested a connection by categorizing the lead as:
Hot
Warm
Cold
Once all the details are added, click "Save" to confirm and save the lead, or choose "Skip For Now" if you wish to add details later.
Important Note:
If you wish to remove an attendee from your leads list, click on "Lead" and select the option to remove the profile from your list.
Attendee Directory
You can find the Attendee Directory section by tapping on the Menu button at the bottom bar, then you will see the Attendee Directory along with other features on the Menu page.
The Attendee Directory page includes the full list of attendees available at the event, ordered alphabetically.
You can use the below features to locate the attendee profile you want:
Deep Search: Search for the attendee profile by name (Either full name or part of it.)
Filter Icon: Use this feature to refine your search results by focusing on specific industries or countries.
Letter Navigation: Locate the attendee profile you are searching for using the first letter in their names.
Once you find the attendee profile you are looking for, click on it to view the Attendee Profile Page
Click on the Add Connection button on the right side of the profile page.
A pop-up will be visible with the following options:
Send Personal Connection request.
Adding the attendee as a Lead.
This is the process for adding a lead from the directory. By clicking on Lead, the invitation request will be sent to the user, awaiting their approval, and the Add Connection button will change to Pending. If a lead is added by scanning their badge, the approval process is skipped and the lead is added automatically.
Important Note
You can cancel the invitation request sent at anytime by clicking on the Pending status, then choosing Withdraw invitation.
Once the invited attendee approve the request you will see that the status on the right side changed to Lead, and you can now see two buttons visible at the bottom of the Profile Page:
Add note: To write notes about this lead.
Lead Details: This will open the lead details page to fill the following information.
Email
Adding any relevant notes.
The "Lead Temperature" section, help in tracking how engaged or interested a connection by categorizing the lead as ( Go
Hot: Ready to act now. This person is highly interested, has asked questions, or is looking to make a decision soon.
Warm: Interested, but not urgent. They’ve shown some interest or engagement, but need more time or information before committing.
Cold: Low interest or early stage. Might not be ready yet, or didn’t show clear intent during your interaction.
Once all the details are added, click "Save" to confirm and save the Lead Details, or choose "Skip For Now" if you wish to add details later.
Brand Profile & Lead List
As a company representative with the ability to generate leads to your company's brand, users can see a section in the middle of the profile showing that this profile is a representative for the company, by clicking on this section the user will be redirected to the Brand Profile Page with the following details:
Back Arrow Icon: In the top left corner, allows users to navigate back to the previous screen.
Star Icon: In the top right corner, allows users to add this brand profile to their favorites list.
Share Icon: In the top right corner, allows users to share the session details with others.
Brand main image.
Industry
Country / City: The country and the city of the brand.
Biography: Provides a brief description of the brand's background and field. (Click on Show more to view the full bio.)
Links: Brand websites
Social Media Links: Connect to the brand's social media profiles.
Scroll Down to view the Leads & Brand Representatives lists.
Tap on the Leads list to view the full list of leads associated with this brand during the event.
Important Notes
You can use the Deep Search or Filter Icon if you want to view specific leads on the list.
The icons next to the profile pictures of the leads refer to the Leads Temperature that you assigned to them earlier during the lead invitation request.
Tap on View All next to Brand Representatives to see the full list of representatives for this brand.
At the bottom of the Brand Profile page you can see Experiences section which shows any live or upcoming events sponsored by this Brand.
Manage Leads
On the Home Page of the Company Representative, users can see a Leads section showing a summary about your Leads including the following:
Total Number of Lead Requests.
Number of Accepted requests.
Number of Pending Requests.
Number of the New Leads.
Manage Leads button.
By clicking on the Manage Leads button, you will be redirected to the Leads List with the following details and features.
Export Report button in the top right corner of the page
Search Bar: Search for leads by name.
Filter Icon: Filter leads by company or job type.
List of leads
+Add New Lead button: Click on it to manually add full details and create a new lead by filling the following information:
Profile Picture (Optional)
First Name (Required)
Last Name (Required)
Email (Optional)
Job Title (Optional)
Company (Optional)
Industry (Optional)
Country (Optional)
Click on Save once done to create your new Lead information.
Export
Click on Export Report button in the top right corner of the page to generate a consolidated Excel sheet. This report will include the following data:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Age Group
Gender
Company Name
Company Size
Job Title
Budget Responsibility
Industry
Address
Country
Province
City
Postal Code
Bio
LinkedIn
Date & Time Scanned
Scanned By
Number of Times Scanned
More Options to Access the Leads List
You can access the Leads list from the Network section through the following steps:
Click on the Network button at the bottom bar.
Choose My Network tab
The Leads List is available under the Suggested For You section at the bottom of the page.
Click on Show All next to Leads to view the full Leads List.
Important Note
The Leads list in the Network section is visible only to Leads Representatives. Regular attendees will not have access to this list.
The other option to access the leads list is from the Menu section through the following steps:
Click on the Menu button at the bottom bar.
Click on the Leads List section to view the full Leads List.
