The Venue Details page provides essential information about the venue’s location, facilities, capacity, and upcoming sessions. It also includes a map for easy navigation, ensuring attendees can easily find and plan their visit to the venue.
Locating Venues
You can access the full list of Venues using the below steps:
Go to Explore page
Locate the Venues section.
Click on Show All to view the full list of venues.
Venues Details
Back Arrow Icon: Allows you to navigate back to the previous screen.
Favorites Icon: To quickly add a Venue to your favorites list.
QR Code Icon: Allows you to scan QR codes to easily connect with other attendees.
Notification Bell Icon: Provides alerts for new connection requests, messages, and updates.
Map: A visual map showing the location of the venue with a pin marking the spot.
Venue Name: Displays the name of the venue (e.g., 93 Feet East).
Location: Shows the venue address and location.
Venue Description: A brief description of the venue, its history, and key features. (Click on Show More button to expand the full description.)
Add Note: Add personal notes about the venue.
Share Icon: Share the venue details with others.
Get Directions Button: Get directions to the venue.
For Apple Devices, users will see the option to show directions using Apple Maps.
For Android devices, users will see the option to show directions using Google Maps.
Important Note
By clicking on the Arrow icon in the bottom right corner of the page, the app will prompt you to enable live location access through your device settings in order to display your position on the map.
Scroll down to the Venue Details page to see the following information:
Gallery: Displays images of the venue.
Rooms & Stages: Lists the various rooms or stages within the venue
(e.g., Courtyard, Live Room, Main Bar).
By clicking on any option from the available options, you will get redirected to the room or stage details page, where you can see the full details related to this location and the sessions available in it.
At the bottom of the Venue Details page, you can see the following information:
Session List: This section displays a list of all available sessions at the venue, ordered by date and time. Each session includes the following:
Session Title.
Session Date & Time.
Location within the venue.
Click the Calendar icon next to any session to quickly add it to My Schedule.
Click Show All button to view the full list of sessions available in this Venue.
The Venue details page provides the attendees with all the needed information, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience at the SXSW London Event.
