Accessing the Badges Tab
The Badges tab displays all available badges, including their quantity, availability period, status, and price. You can edit, view, or create new badges from this section.
From the left-hand menu, navigate to Badges under the Event Config section.
Click on "Badges Type" to view a list of all existing badges.
Creating a New Badge
To create a new badge, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Badges tab in the left-hand menu under Event Config.
2. Click on "Badges Type" to view all existing badges.
3. In the Badges Type tab, click the "Create Badge" button in the top-right corner.
4. You will be redirected to the badge creation form, where you can input the necessary details.
5. Once you click on "Create Badge" you will see four different tabs at the top of the Create Badge tab. Click "Badge Details" to input the details for your badge configuration.
Configuring Badge Details
On the badge creation page, you can configure the following settings:
Badge Details:
Badge Title (Mandatory): The name of the badge (e.g., VIP Pass).
Badge Subtitle (Optional): A brief description explaining the badge's purpose (e.g., Primary access to VIP events).
Badge ID Prefix (Optional): A custom prefix for identifying the badge.
Badge Group (Mandatory): A category or group to which the badge belongs.
Badge Slug (Mandatory): A unique identifier for the badge (e.g., a URL-friendly version of the title).
Sorting (Optional): The order in which the badge is displayed.
Status (Mandatory): The current status of the badge (e.g., Draft, Published).
Featured Badge (Optional): A toggle to highlight the badge as featured.
Badge Quantity (Optional): The total number of badges available.
Badge Price (Mandatory): The price of the badge (can be set to $0 for free badges).
Free Badge (Optional): A toggle to designate the badge as free.
Available From (Optional): The start date for badge availability.
Expires At (Optional): The end date for badge availability.
Short Description (Optional): A concise overview of the badge, usually displayed in lists or summaries.
Long Description (Optional): Detailed information about the badge, including its benefits and usage.
Feature Description (Optional): Highlights the specific features or benefits associated with the badge.

Free Badge: Toggle this option if the badge is free for attendees.

Adding a Feature
Click on the + Add Feature
button to add a new feature entry.
Configuring Feature Details
For each feature, fill in the following fields:
Description (Mandatory): Provide a concise and clear explanation of the feature (e.g., "Exclusive Event Merchandise"). This is required to define what the feature entails.
Access (Optional): Select the access type from the dropdown menu (e.g., Primary Access). This can define the level or type of access granted by the feature.
Link (Optional): Add a URL (e.g., https://example.com) if the feature is tied to an external webpage or resource. Leave this blank if no link is needed.
Managing Features
To delete a specific feature, click on the red delete icon located at the top-right corner of the feature box. After making any changes, click on the "Update" button at the top-right corner to save your changes.
Editing Existing Features
To edit an existing feature:
Navigate to the feature you want to modify within the Badge Features tab.
Change the Description or Link as needed.
Once you've made your edits, click "Save" at the top right to confirm your changes.

Multiple features can be added by repeating the Add Feature process. Ensure that at least the Description field is completed for each feature to make the coupon comprehensive and user-friendly.
Managing Badges
Once a badge is created, it will appear in the Badges Type list, where you can manage it:
Edit Badge: Click the pencil icon next to the badge to edit its details.
Badge Status: You can change the badge status between Active and Draft. Active badges are visible to users for purchase or access, while Draft badges are hidden.
Editing Badges
To edit an existing badge:
From the Badges Type tab, locate the badge you want to edit.
Click the pencil icon next to the badge name.
Make the necessary changes in the badge details form.
Click "Save" to apply the changes.
Viewing Badge Availability
Each badge displays its Availability Period, showing the date range during which it is available for purchase or registration. If the badge is marked as Active, users can access it during the specified dates.
Deleting or Disabling a Badge
If you wish to remove or turn off a badge:
Click the pencil icon next to the badge you want to edit.
Set the Status to Draft to make the badge inactive (it will no longer be visible to users).
If deletion is supported, click on the three dots, and the pop-up tab will show "Delete Badge".

To configure discounts for a badge:
Navigate to Badges from the left-hand menu under Event Config.
Select "Badges Type" to view the list of badges.
Click on the badge you wish to configure to open the badge editing interface.
At the top, select the Discounts tab to open the discount configuration options for that badge.
Adding a Discount
To add a discount to a badge:
In the Discounts tab, click the + Add Discount button (located at the bottom of the discounts panel).
Fill in the following fields:
Discount Name: Name the discount (e.g., Early Bird).
Limit Usage To Set the maximum number of times this discount can be applied (e.g., limit to 100 usages).
Available From Set the start date when the discount will be available. Click the calendar icon to select the date.
Available To Set the end date for the discount availability.
Price After Discount: Enter the final price after applying the discount.
Click "Save" in the top-right corner to save the new discount.

Could you avoid errors when configuring your discount details by correctly adding the discount validity date range?
*The discount date should be, at most, the badge availability range.
Editing an Existing Discount
To edit an existing discount:
Locate the discount in the Discounts tab.
Make changes to the Discount Name, Limit Usage, Available Dates, or Price After Discount as needed.
Once edits are complete, click Save to apply the changes.
Deleting a Discount
To delete a discount:
find the discount you want to remove in the Discounts tab.
Click on the Delete icon (trash bin) to the discount's right.
Confirm the deletion if prompted.
Remember to click "Save" to apply the changes.

Design Preview Configuration Tab
Badge Header
Upload a Header Image: Drag and drop your files into the provided area or click "Upload" to select an image from your device.
File Format: Supported formats include JPEG, PNG, or SVG.
Purpose: The header image appears prominently on the badge as a branding or decorative element.
Badge Icon
Upload an Icon: Drag and drop a file or browse your files to upload an icon for the badge.
File Format: Supported formats are SVG and PNG.
Size Limit: Maximum size is 400x400 pixels.
Purpose: The icon represents the badge and provides additional visual context.
Label Name
Set the Label Name: Input a text label to describe or name the badge. This label will appear clearly on the badge preview.
Colors
Primary Color: Choose a primary color for the badge design. This typically sets the dominant color for the badge elements.
Input a hex color code or use the color picker tool.
Secondary Color: Select a secondary color to complement the primary color.

Reset to Default: If you need to revert to the default color settings, click on the Reset to Default option.
