Choosing a Workspace
Option 1: Selecting an Existing Workspace
Browse through the list of workspaces displayed.
Use the Search Bar at the top to find a specific workspace by typing its name.
Identify the workspace you want to work on (e.g., "Aya testing" as highlighted in the image).
Click on the workspace card to select and access it.
Select the Coupons Category Tab
Under the Badges category, locate and click on Coupons.
This will open the Coupons Category Tab, where you can view and manage coupon-related data.
Adding New Coupon Category
Fill in the coupon category details
1. Name (Required Field)
Enter a descriptive name for the coupon category in the Name field.
Example:
"Seasonal Offers"
"Holiday Discounts"
2. Code
Enter a unique code for the category in the Code field.
The code serves as an identifier for backend or reporting purposes.
Example:
"SEASON50"
"HOLIDAY20"
Now that the coupon category is successfully added, you can check its reflection when creating a new coupon.
Access the Coupon Category Field
In the Coupon Details section of the new coupon form, locate the Coupon Category dropdown field.
Click the dropdown to view a list of available categories.
Select the Newly Added Category
Look for your newly added category in the list (e.g., "Test" or "Flash Sale" as shown in the image).
Click on the desired category to assign it to your coupon.
Edit/delete Coupon Categories
Admins have full control over coupon categories, allowing them to edit or delete categories as needed. By clicking the three-dot menu next to a category, admins can select "Edit Category" to modify details such as the category name or associated discount code name.
If a category is no longer required, selecting "Delete Category" will permanently remove it from the system. This ensures flexibility in managing promotional campaigns while keeping coupon offerings up to date.
