The workspace is a virtual collaboration area where team members can share access to event configurations, set permissions, and manage everything from one place.
Accessing the Workspace Tab
Log in to your account and navigate to the workspaces tab.
Click on it to expand the menu.
Select All Workspaces from the expanded menu.
You will see a list of all existing workspaces, their names, and any events currently assigned to them.
Click on “+ New Workspace” from the top right corner of the page to create a new workspace.
A pop-up square will appear to write a name for your workspace.
Your new workspace will be listed with two options available to fully create the details of the workspace.
Click on “Create a New Event “ to start creating and personalizing all the details of your event from scratch.
Click on “Quick Event” to simply start a draft for your event, then edit the details later.

Sharing Workspace with Team Members
Sharing a workspace enables team members or collaborators to access and manage its events. Follow these steps to share a workspace:
From the All Workspaces page, click on Share button next to the workspace name or the event menu.
In the sharing pop-up screen, use the "Add Collaborators" search bar to find users or teams by typing their name or email.
Use the dropdown menu next to each collaborator’s name to assign an appropriate role.
Click "Share" to finalize the process. The selected users will now be able to access all events and settings within the shared workspace.
In the same sharing screen, you can view current collaborators, adjust their roles, or remove them from the workspace.
Edit and Delete Workspace
Editing a Workspace: Locate the workspace, click the three vertical dots, and select "Edit" to update details.
Deleting a Workspace: Locate the workspace, click the three vertical dots, choose "Delete Workspace," type "delete-workspace-permanently" in the confirmation field, and click "Delete Forever" to permanently delete the workspace.
💡Tips
Deleting a workspace will also remove all associated events. Please make sure this action is necessary before proceeding.
Ensure that each collaborator has the appropriate role to access or manage specific events within the workspace.
Remember that deleting a workspace is irreversible and removes all associated events.
