Accessing the Workspace Tab
Navigate to the left sidebar of the dashboard.
Click "Workspaces" under "Recent Events" to view a list of all existing workspaces, their names, and any events currently assigned to them.

Creating a New Workspace
Click on the "New Workspace" button in the top-right corner of the Workspace screen.
Enter a name for your new workspace.
Once created, you will be directed to the workspace screen to start adding and managing events.
Within each workspace, you have the option to create and manage multiple events:
Create a New Event: Use the "Create a New Event" button to set up a detailed event with all configurations.
Event Actions: Once events are created, you can view and modify event details, update configurations, and share event access with other users via the "Share" option.

Quick Event: The Quick Event option appears for new workspaces (with no events) and allows you to quickly create a basic event that you can complete and configure later.
Sharing Workspace with Team Members
Sharing a workspace enables team members or collaborators to access and manage its events. Follow these steps to share a workspace:
Open Sharing Settings:
Navigate to the workspace you wish to share.
Click the "Share" button next to the workspace name or the event menu.
Add Collaborators:
In the sharing pop-up screen, use the "Add Collaborators" search bar to find users or teams by typing their name or email.
Click on the user or team to add them as collaborators.
Assign Roles:
Use the dropdown menu next to each collaborator’s name to assign an appropriate role.
These roles are based on the predefined roles found under User Roles in the Administration section.
Share the Workspace:
Click "Share" to finalize the process. The selected users will now be able to access all events and settings within the shared workspace.
Managing Collaborators:
In the same sharing screen, you can view current collaborators, adjust their roles, or remove them from the workspace.
Edit and Delete Workspace
Editing a Workspace:
Locate the workspace you wish to edit.
Click on the three vertical dots next to the workspace name to open the options menu.
Select "Edit" to update workspace details.
Deleting a Workspace:
Locate the workspace you want to delete and click on the three vertical dots.
Choose "Delete Workspace" from the dropdown menu.
A confirmation box will appear—in the confirmation field, type "delete-workspace-permanently" to enable the Delete Forever button.
Click "Delete Forever" to permanently delete the workspace and all associated events.
💡Tip
Deleting a workspace will also remove all associated events. Please make sure this action is necessary before proceeding.
Cancellation Option:
If you change your mind or realize you do not want to delete the workspace, click Cancel to stop the deletion process.
