Event presets help you standardize and speed up event creation by setting default values that apply to all new events.
Admins can configure these settings using the steps below.
Step 1: Access Event Presets
From the left-hand menu, go to Administration.
Under Presets, click on Event Presets to open the configuration panel.
Step 2: Set Default Event Values
Default Event: Select a default event template from the dropdown menu. This setting will apply to all new events unless specifically modified.
Step 3: Configure Event Location
Map Center: Choose the event's central location on the map. You can adjust this by clicking the edit icon next to the map.
Latitude & Longitude: Enter the precise latitude and longitude for the event’s location.
Timezone: Select the appropriate timezone from the dropdown to ensure accurate scheduling.
Step 4: Set Additional Options
Flight Option: Choose to enable or disable flight options for attendees.
Accommodation Option: Enable or disable accommodation options for attendees based on event needs.
Country Code: Select the country code for contact information, which will default for attendee phone numbers.
Step 5: Save Configurations
Once all the fields are completed, click Save in the top-right corner to apply the settings.

Accessing the Event Types Tab
From the left-hand menu, go to Administration > Presets.
Select Event Presets and then click on the Event Types tab at the top of the page.

Delete an Event Type
If you wish to remove an event type, click the trash bin icon next to the event type you want to delete.
Confirm the deletion to remove the event type from the list permanently.
Saving Changes
Once you've made all desired changes, click the Save button in the top-right corner to ensure your updates are applied.
