Customizing the theme of your event allows you to create a cohesive look and feel that aligns with your brand.

Access the Theming Section

  1. From the left-hand menu, go to Administration.

  2. Under Presets, select Theming. This will open the theming configuration panel, where you can customize various aspects of the event's appearance.

Explore Theme Options

The theming section is divided into several subcategories, allowing for detailed customization.

1. Color Settings:

  • Click on Color Settings to adjust the colors for different elements of the event interface, such as buttons, backgrounds, and text.

  • Use contrasting colors for better accessibility. The Theme Issues section warns if the contrast is low and suggests changes for optimal readability.

2. General Look

  • The General Look tab in the Theme Panel allows you to customize the overall appearance of the event interface by adjusting typography, icons, and corner styling. You can select a preferred Font style (e.g., "Robotto") to match your brand’s identity, choose Icon settings by selecting a fill option (e.g., "Off" for no fill) and an Icon Style (e.g., "Sharp") to set the design tone, and use the Round Corners slider to adjust corner roundness for UI elements, giving a sharper or softer look based on the px value chosen. If needed, you can reset all settings to default by clicking Reset General Look to Default. These customization options allow for a cohesive and branded visual experience.

3. Logos

  • Go to Logos to upload or change the event logo. This logo will appear on the event’s interface, helping reinforce brand identity.

4. Assets

  • Click on Assets to upload other media or graphical elements that are part of the event design, such as banners, icons, or background images.

Preview Changes

  • As you make adjustments, you can view a Theme Preview on the right side of the screen. This live preview lets you see your changes before applying them, ensuring they align with your brand’s visual style.

Address Theme Issues (Optional)

  • If there are any contrast or color choice issues, a Theme Issues section will display warnings at the bottom. This section guides on improving accessibility by suggesting alternative colors for better contrast.

Save Your Changes

  1. Once satisfied with your theme customizations, click Save in the top-right corner to apply your changes.

  2. If you’re not ready to save, click Cancel to discard the adjustments.
