Room types help categorize accommodations and streamline room assignment during events.
This guide helps you set up and manage room types within your event workspace—from accessing the Room Type section to creating, configuring, and editing each type as needed.
Steps to Configure a New Room Type
Enter Room Type Name
Provide a name for the room type in the Name field (e.g., "Test Room").Assign to an Event
The event is preselected and cannot be changed.Enable Same Day Check-In (if needed)
Toggle the Same Day Check-In option to enable or disable this feature for the room type.Select a Package
Choose a package from the Packages dropdown to associate it with this room type (e.g., "Standard").Save the Configuration
Once all the details are filled in, click the "Create" button in the top-right corner to finalize the configuration.
Edit a Room Type
Locate the Room Type
Navigate to the Room Types list under the Accommodation section. Identify the room type you want to edit (e.g., "Test Room").Click the Edit Icon
Click the pencil icon located in the "Edit" column next to the room type you want to modify.Update Room Type Details
Modify any necessary details such as the name, associated event, same-day check-in toggle, package, or any other settings.Save the Changes
Once the updates are complete, click the "Save" or "Update" button to confirm your changes.
Your room type will now reflect the updated information.
