Logging In
Open the Blink Shop from your web browser.
One-Step Login: Select the sign-up option and enter your preferred email address. If you are a returning attendee, choose login and use the email address you previously registered with.
Retrieve the OTP from your email, and you are all set.
Orders Navigation Page
The My Orders page is your central hub for reviewing past purchases and managing your event-related transactions. This section overviews your completed orders, including order number, purchase date, amount, and status.
Accessing the "My Orders" Page
Log in to your account on the event portal.
Click on your profile name in the top right corner.
Select “My Orders” from the dropdown menu.
Once on this page, you can view your order history, including the status of your purchases and payments.
Navigating the "My Orders" Page
The My Orders page provides a summary of your past purchases, allowing you to track and manage your transactions effectively. Each order includes key details:
Date of Purchase – Displays when the order was placed. This helps track transaction timelines and reference past purchases.
Amount – Shows the total amount paid for the order, allowing you to verify purchase costs.
Order Status – Indicates whether the order is complete, pending, or in progress. A Complete status confirms that your purchase is finalized.
Payment Status – Confirm if the payment has been successfully processed. A Complete status means the payment has been received and recorded.
Important Note⚠️
Canceled orders will disappear from your "My Orders" pass list. Only active and past completed orders are listed on the My Orders page.
Order Details Page
Once you've selected an order from the My Orders page, you'll land on the Order Details page, your centralized view for all purchase-related information. This page summarizes your transaction and is the first step toward accessing pass assignment and transfer options.
What You Can View on This Page
Order Details
Order ID: A unique reference number for tracking your transaction.
Purchase Date: The exact date the order was placed.
Order Status: Displays whether the order is complete or still in progress.
Order Payment
Total Amount Paid: Reflects the final cost, including VAT and after applying any discounts.
Payment Method: Indicates the payment type used (e.g., card, wire transfer).
Download Invoice: Click the button to generate and download an official invoice for your records.

Pass Quantity and Pricing: Number of passes purchased and their cost.
Applied Discount: Any promotional reductions applied to the order.

Total: Final billed amount after all calculations.

After reviewing your order, the next step is to manage your passes, whether you are assigning them to yourself or to another attendee.
Step-by-Step: Navigate to "My Passes"
Open the User Menu
Click on your profile icon at the top-right corner of the screen.Select "My Passes"
From the dropdown menu, choose My Passes. This will take you to a dedicated section listing all purchased passes tied to your account.
Assign Pass
Once you locate your passes, you can click on assign to be directed to the assign pass detailed form.

Photo (Required): Upload a profile picture of the attendee.
First Name (Required): Enter the attendee’s first name.
Last Name (Required): Enter the attendee’s last name.
Email Address (Required): Add the attendee’s email.
Confirm Email (Required): Re-enter the same email to confirm.
Phone Number (Required): Input a valid contact number.
Age Group (Required): Select from the dropdown.
Company Name (Required): Enter the attendee’s organization.
Job Title (Required): Add the attendee’s job title.
Industry (Required): Select the relevant industry.
Address (Optional): Add a street name if needed.
Country (Required): Select the attendee’s country.
County (Optional): Add a county if applicable.
City (Required): Enter the attendee’s city.
Postal Code (Optional): Add postal code if available.
Bio (Optional): Type a short biography.
Gender (dropdown - required)
If you have budget responsibility, what is the approximate size (dropdown - nOptional).
What is the size of your company based on the number of employees? (dropdown - Optional).
How did you hear about us? (dropdown - not req).
LinkedIn (text field - Optional).
Action Buttons:
Click Assign to assign the pass to the new attendee.
Click Cancel to exit the form without making changes.
Important Note⚠️
When assigning a pass to another attendee, the ownership of the pass still belongs to the attendee who purchased the pass in the first place, triggered by this user account information.
If the assigned attendee encounters any issues with the pass, the pass owner's information might be required.
The assigned person will receive an email with all the pass information.
To proceed to the next step, ensure you mark the terms and conditions checkbox.
Pass Transfer Form
First Name (Required): Enter the recipient’s first name.
Last Name (Required): Enter the recipient’s last name.
Email Address (Required): Add the recipient’s email.
Confirm Email (Required): Re-enter the email to confirm.
Action Buttons:
Click Transfer to send the pass to the new owner.
Click Cancel to exit the form without making changes.
Once assigned, the pass ownership shifts to the recipient, they’ll receive an email to claim the transferred pass.
Important Note⚠️
The email address of the attendee who will get the new pass ownership must be different from the initial email address of the attendee who originally purchased the pass to avoid error messages and successfully proceed with the transfer
Bulk Transfer Passes
On the My Passes Page
Click on the 3 dots menu at the right corner of the screen.Select "Transfer Multiple Passes"
From the dropdown menu, choose Transfer Multiple Passes. This will take you to a dedicated section listing all purchased passes tied to your account.
Action Buttons:
Select the Passes you want to transfer.
Click Transfer.
Pass Transfer Form
First Name (Required): Enter the recipient’s first name.
Last Name (Required): Enter the recipient’s last name.
Email Address (Required): Add the recipient’s email.
Confirm Email (Required): Re-enter the email to confirm.
After adding all the required data, click Transfer and the selected passes will be transferred to the new user.
Transferred Passes – Overview & Actions
The Transferred Passes page provides a clear summary of passes that have been transferred to other individuals. This page allows you to monitor transfer status and cancel transfers if needed.
Page Elements Explained
1. Pass Preview Panel (Left Side)
Shows the visual pass preview including:
Event Name
Recipient's Name
Location info
Pass Image and type
2. Transfer Details Panel (Right Side)
Displays the essential details related to the pass and its transfer:
Event Name & Type (e.g., Tech Festivals – Technology Festivals)
Order ID: Linked to your original purchase
Pass ID: A unique identifier for the specific pass
Transfer To: The name of the recipient
Recipient Email: The email address the pass is being transferred to
Transfer Notice: States that ownership of the pass will move to the recipient.
Action Available
Cancel Transfer
Click the Cancel Transfer button if you'd like to revoke the transfer before it is accepted or claimed by the recipient.
Once canceled, the pass returns to your account for reassignment.
Important Note⚠️
Once the pass is transferred successfully it will disappear from the initial pass owner passes page
You can have the option to cancel the transfer as long as the other attendee hasn't claimed the transferred pass yet.
The Lead Capture Enabled Pass is a specialized badge type exclusively configured for a specific organization. Only users belonging to this institution have access to purchase and assign this pass type, this pass can be assigned or transferred to other attendees regardless if they belong to the same institution or not.

Located in the top right dropdown menu in transferred pass.
Status pass: “Transferred”
A green checkmark icon and "Transferred" label confirm ownership has moved to the recipient
Recipient Info Displayed
Shows:
Transfer To: Full name of the recipient.
Recipient Email: The email address that now holds the pass.
Ownership Finalization Message
Message at the bottom states:
“You can no longer perform any action on this Pass.”Indicates the sender can no longer edit, reassign, or cancel the pass.
After Pass Transfer Confirmation Mail
Once a pass is successfully transferred, you’ll receive an email confirming the transfer. This email will include:
Your pass type and event name
Confirmation that the ownership has been transferred to you
A direct link to access your pass in the "My Passes" section
Make sure to check your inbox and confirm your email if prompted.
If you don't see the email, check your spam or promotions folder.
"You’ve Been Assigned a pass" Confirmation Mail
You’ll receive an email confirming that your (Event Name) pass has been successfully assigned to you. This email includes:
The sender’s name (who assigned the pass to you).a
Event highlights and what to expect.
