Attendees
The attendee module allows organizers to manage and view attendee information, including registration details and session attendance. Organizers can also search for specific attendees, send notifications, and track check-ins for each session.
Attendees Profile
View Attendee Profiles
Tap on any attendee’s name to open their Attendee Profile.
The profile includes:
Personal information (photo, name, company, email)
Badge status and role
Assigned sessions and RSVP status
Interaction history (check-ins, updates received, messages)
Explore the Attendee Footprint
The attendee list provides a detailed profile for each attendee, including personal information, session history, and a unique footprint that tracks interactions like attended sessions and check-in status, giving organizers a full view of attendee activity.

Within the profile, tap “View Footprint” to see activity logs.
The Footprint includes:
Real-time session check-in and check-out history
Log of received session updates and alerts
Session participation timestamps
