Flag Attendee
The Flag Attendee feature helps organizers track individuals who require extra attention or who may need follow-up based on certain behaviors, issues, or violations. This system provides real-time visibility while maintaining audit trails.
Organizers can view the reason an attendee was flagged before deciding to remove the flag. They can clear flags directly from the attendee’s card during session check-in.
Tap “Flag Attendee”
On the attendee’s profile screen, tap the “⋮” (More Options) menu.
Select “Flag Attendee” from the dropdown.
Organizers can view flagged attendees during session check-in, with flags categorized as Warning or Critical. A yellow alert indicates a warning flag, while a red alert signals a critical suspension.
