Easily access and assign vehicles to attendees in Blink’s Event Dashboard. This guide covers everything you need to ensure accurate configurations and smooth operations for your event's transportation needs.
Accessing the Dedicated Vehicle Tab
Log in to your account and navigate to the event.
Find the Transportation tab on the left sidebar.
Click on it to expand the menu.
Select Dedicated Vehicles from the expanded menu
You will be redirected to the Dedicated Vehicles page.
The assigned vehicles will be listed, click on any vehicle to view more details or click on “+Assign Vehicle” in the top right corner to assign a new one.
Configuring a Dedicated Vehicle
Important Note:
Before assigning a vehicle to an attendee, you need to ensure that the attendee, a driver and a vehicle are added for this Event.
Click on the "+Assign Vehicle" button to start assigning a dedicated vehicle to an attendee as follows:
Attendee (Required): Select the attendee for whom the dedicated vehicle is being arranged from the list of attendees already registered for the event.
Start Date (Required): Specify the start date for the vehicle service.
End Date (Required): Specify the end date for the vehicle service.
Select Vehicle (Required): Choose a vehicle for the service from the list of vehicles already registered for the event.
Driver (Required): Drivers will be added automatically once you choose the vehicle.
Ride Flex Switch (Optional): Enable this option to allow the attendee to request a ride by himself/herself.
Once all the required details are filled in, click Create in the top-right corner of the screen.
If you need to exit without saving, click Cancel.
By following these steps, you can successfully assign and configure new dedicated vehicle to an attendee, ensuring seamless planning and organization for your events.
