Experiences Updates
The Experience Updates section allows organizers to communicate important session-related announcements and changes directly to attendees. Depending on access levels set in the Management Dashboard, users can either create, send, or only view updates or have no access at all.
Create a New Update
Organizers can create a custom update message by entering a title and description, with the option to save as a new template in the Experience Updates list.
Tap "Create New Update" if no previous update is listed or if a new message is needed.
Enter the update content, including:
Title (optional)
Message body
Template (optional, if preconfigured)
You can preview the message before sending.
Tap "Send" to broadcast the update to attendees of that specific session.
You may also select from saved templates to speed up message creation.
Experiences Updates- Full Access
View or Send an Existing Update
If a previous update exists for the session, you will see it displayed under the "Updates" tab.
Tap on the update to:
Preview its message content
Check time sent and delivery status
Tap "Send" to resend the update or share it with new attendees if needed.
