View Update List

  • Navigate to the Updates tab to see a chronological list of existing messages.

  • Each update card shows:

    • Title of the update

    • Delivery type (push, SMS, in-app)

    • Time sent or scheduled

    • Preview of content

Creating a New Update

  1. Tap the floating "+" button from the Updates list or the main app screen.

  2. Choose Create Update to proceed with creating new update form.

ENTER BASIC DETAILS

  • Title (optional): Add a brief, descriptive headline for your update (e.g., “Session Delay”, “Room Change”, etc.)

  • Body (required): Write the full message you want recipients to see. This will be shown in-app or sent by SMS depending on your delivery method.

  • Attachment (optional) if any.

SELECT DELIVERY OPTIONS

  • Delivery Method: Choose how the update will be sent:

    • In-App Notification

    • SMS

    • Or both

  • Schedule Delivery (optional):

    • Send Now for immediate delivery

    • Schedule Later to pick a future date/time

    • Draft where you can save your update as a reusable template.

Tap to select recipients for your message:

  • Sessions (e.g., notify only attendees of a session)

  • Attendee Lists (e.g., specific badge types or role groups)

  • All Attendees (e.g., general event-wide update)

REVIEW & SEND

  • Double-check your message, audience, and timing.

  • Tap Send Now or Schedule to finalize delivery.

Organizers can create a notification message with a title, body, and multiple sending options. Notifications can be sent immediately, scheduled, or saved as a template via app notifications or SMS.
