Manage Web Pages
Overview
The Web Pages feature allows you to create, edit, and manage event-specific pages directly from the dashboard. These pages can be used to share key information with attendees, such as event details, FAQs, agendas, and more.
Accessing the Web Pages Tab
From your Event Dashboard, navigate to the left-hand menu.
Select Event Config.
Click on Web Pages.
You will be taken to the Manage Web Pages screen (as shown in the screenshot below), where you can view all your existing pages, check their status, and create new ones.
Managing Page Status and Actions
When you open the Manage Web Pages screen, you might see a notification message at the top:
⚠️ “You’ve reached the limit of 5 published pages. Unpublish an existing page to publish a new one.”
This means the system allows a maximum of 5 published web pages at a time. If you want to create and publish a new page, you must unpublish one of the existing ones. Draft pages do not count toward this limit.
You can also use the search bar at the top to quickly find a page by its title, which is especially useful when managing many drafts.
Using the Action Menu (⋮)
Next to each web page, you’ll find a three-dots menu. This menu gives you quick control over the selected page:
Edit Web Page: Open the page editor to update its content.
Unpublish: Take the page offline while keeping it saved as a draft. This also frees up a publishing slot if you’ve reached the 5-page limit.
Delete Web Page: Permanently remove the page from the system. Deleted pages cannot be restored.
Creating a New Web Page
To add a new page to your event:
On the Manage Web Pages screen, click the + New Web Page button in the top-right corner.
(See screenshot 1)You’ll be taken to the New Web Page form. Here, you can configure the following fields:

Web Page Title: Enter a clear title (max 20 characters). This title will appear in the app navigation.
Web Page Type: Choose how you want to design the page:
Hyperlink: Link to an external webpage.
Rich Text Editor: Create a formatted page with text, images, and styling directly in Blink.
Custom Code: Add your own HTML/CSS for full customization.
Order – Select the position of this page in the navigation order.
Hyperlink field (if applicable) – Enter the full URL (must start with

).
Once you’ve filled out the details, click Create.
The page will be saved as a draft unless you toggled Publish, in which case it will go live immediately.
