Schedule and Manage Events in the Itinerary Tab

This step-by-step guide will help you navigate and manage the itinerary's key functions and related activities.

The Itinerary tab serves as the main schedule for your event, allowing you to easily add and organize sessions and activities directly from the calendar.

Accessing the Itinerary Tab

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to the event.

  2. Find the Content tab on the left sidebar.

  3. Click on it to expand the menu.

  4. Select Itinerary from the expanded menu.

  5. Click on β€œ+ Add Group” under Groups from the section that will pop up.

  • By clicking on the Itinerary tab a Calendar will be displayed where you can start planning your event itinerary accordingly.

Key Actions & Features

  • Filter : Allows users to filter the sessions & activities by specific labels.

    • All Calendars: Will select all the sessions and activities to be displayed on the calendar.

    • No Label: Will only display sessions and activities that were not labeled while being created.

    • +Create New Label: Will redirect to the user to a small pop-up window to create a New Label and add a specific Color to it.

  • Navigate Between Dates: Use the arrow buttons (left and right) at the top of the page to move between weeks.

  • Return to the Current Date: Click the "Today" button to quickly return to the current day.

  • Add a New Activity: Simply click on a time slot where you want to schedule a new activity.

Configuring Activity Details on the Calendar

These simple steps show how to set up an activity within an event in your calendar, highlighting the required and optional fields.

Activity Basics

  • Thumbnail (Optional): Upload an image to represent your activity visually.

  • Activity Title (Required): Provide a name for your activity.

  • Activity Subtitle (Optional): Add a brief description or tagline for the event.

  • Activity Label (Optional): Select a category or tag for easier filtering and identification.

  • Attire (Optional): Mention any dress code if applicable.

  • Date (Required): Choose the specific date of the activity.

  • From/To (Required): Specify the start and end times of the activity.

  • RSVP (Optional): Enable this if you want attendees to confirm their participation.

  • Description (Optional): Provide additional details about the activity using the rich text editor.

  • Brief (Optional): Upload documents or supporting materials.

  • Location (Optional): Specify whether the activity takes place at a physical location or online.

  • Timezone (Required): Select the timezone for the activity's location.

  • Assigned Attendees (Optional): Add specific attendees who are required to participate.

  • Assigned Companions (Optional): Add additional individuals, such as guests or plus-ones.

  • Save as Draft: Use this if the activity setup is incomplete or you want to review details later.

  • Publish: Finalize and make the activity live on the calendar.

Completing these fields ensures that your activity is properly configured and visible in the calendar. Optional fields can provide more context and enhance the overall experience.
